Instead of clicking through the report form, you tell Smarta what you want and when. This works for every dashboard you can open, both the sell & pick dashboards and your own.
Describe the report in one sentence:
"Send me the product group dashboard every Monday at 7 am as a PDF, filtered to the Munich store."
"I want the sales table every day at 6 am as Excel."
Smarta finds the dashboard and creates the report with name, schedule, filters and format, and tells you what it set. If something is missing, for example the time, it asks.
Possible settings:
| Setting | Example |
|---|---|
| Name and message | "Call the report 'Munich week start'." |
| Schedule | daily, weekly, on the first of the month, at a fixed time |
| Filter | store, period, product group, anything from the dashboard's filter bar |
| Format | PDF, CSV or Excel |
| Long tables | "Show all rows of the tables in full." |
"Send me the report once to test it."
Smarta sends the report to your email address right away, once. That way you see how it arrives before the first regular send runs.
Smarta knows your reports, split into "planned by me", "subscribed" and "all", just like the Reports page.
"Which reports do I get right now?"
"Pause the week start report until further notice."
"Switch the report to 8 am and add the Cologne store."
"I don't want to get the 'Month-end close' report anymore."
Smarta can only change reports you created yourself. For reports someone else set up for you, it can unsubscribe you. This matches the button on the Abonniert tab.
Smarta deliberately does not do a few things:
The reason: while working, Smarta also reads content from your data. So that text in the data can never cause emails to go out to third parties, Smarta only ever sends to you. For recipients outside your account, contact [email protected] as usual.
