Here are all the controls in Smarta Chat at a glance.
As soon as you send a question, the send button shows a loading circle. While Smarta works, it turns into a stop button (Anhalten). One click ends the answer right away. This is handy when you notice your question was unclear.
Whatever was written up to then stays. Below it is a note that you stopped Smarta, and a button Weiter. With it, Smarta carries on from that point. You can also just ask a new, more precise question instead.
No tokens are charged for the stopped part of the answer.
Under every answer there is a bar with small icons. The brain icon opens up Smarta's reasoning: which data it queried and how it went about it. This helps you check a number before you keep working with it.
With thumbs up or thumbs down you tell us whether an answer was helpful. With a thumbs down you can optionally write a few words on what was wrong. We read this feedback and use it to improve Smarta.
The info icon next to the thumbs shows how many tokens this answer and the whole conversation used. You can see your usage for today and this month in the chat under Dein Token-Verbrauch.
Each person has a daily and a monthly limit, and there is also a shared monthly quota for your environment. Once a limit is reached, Smarta shows you when you can ask again. The daily limit resets at midnight, the monthly limit on the first of the month. If you regularly hit your limit, talk to your Customer Success Management.
Under Verlauf you find your past conversations. With Unterhaltung archivieren you clear a conversation from the list. With Neue Unterhaltung you start with no history. This is worth doing when you change topics, because otherwise Smarta reads the whole previous history along with your question.
