You no longer have to click through menus and filters yourself to get a number from a dashboard. Just tell Smarta which dashboard you need and for which branch or time period. She does the rest.
Open Smarta fragen in the navigation and name the dashboard:
"Open the Performance Dashboard for the Hamburg branch, period week 40."
"How did staffing analysis go yesterday in all branches? Show me productivity as a chart."
Smarta finds the dashboard, sets the filters in the filter bar and reads the results of the tiles. She shows you up to four charts per answer right in the chat. Bars, KPIs and tables look the same there as in the dashboard.
Under each chart you can download the data as CSV or the chart as PNG. Use the link in the answer to jump to the dashboard if you want to keep clicking on your own.
For dashboards, Smarta uses exactly the queries that sit behind the tiles. She changes no metrics and no calculations. She only sets what you could set yourself: the filters in the filter bar, with the values available there. Hidden filters and fixed presets in your dashboard stay unchanged.
Smarta can only read the dashboards that sell & pick maintains for you. She changes neither tiles nor layout there. If you need a dashboard to be different, Smarta can build you your own (see below) or send you the existing one as a report.
With a data source you can create your own dashboards. This works by chat too:
"Build me a dashboard with revenue per branch and weekday for the last 8 weeks and a table with the top 10 items."

In the sidebar under Smarta Dashboards you will also find all dashboards you built yourself and those built with Smarta.
Smarta can't find my dashboard.
Give the name as it appears in the navigation. Smarta only sees dashboards that you can open yourself.
A tile is missing in Smarta's answer.
Smarta deliberately does not read some tiles with special displays, so that no numbers arrive in the chat that look different in the dashboard. In that case, open the dashboard using the link in the answer.
Can Smarta save my filter permanently?
No, filters in the chat only apply to that answer. For a fixed selection, create a report or bookmark the link from the answer.
